The Pregnancy focus is on wellbeing, personal goals, modifications and adaptations throughout the trimesters.
Post birth Focus we guide you through a special practical pathway from as early as 4 weeks enabling you to build a strong foundation, progressing slowly through the levels to help you regain strength allowing you to get back to the exercise that you love.
Pelvic floor problems can happen years after giving birth, a sudden increase in impact sports including running or HIIT training so our Focus for women’s health exercise support is a personalised Personal training program, where we go back to basics and rebuild core and pelvic floor strength
Our Core Vision
Keep Mums Fit was started in 2007 with the aim of delivering SAFE Antenatal and Postnatal classes and Personal training to the many mums in Sheffield who wanted to remain fit and active throughout their pregnancies and the postnatal period but didn’t know how to!
It’s fair to say finding the right and correct information can be difficult to find, with conflicting advice about the do's, the don’ts and the maybes, both from the health professionals and the social media influencers!
Fast Forward to 2021 and we have been catapulted into the world of online training!
