The aim is to deliver safe effective exercises and to give you expert knowledge of how to nurture your body thought out this exciting time in your life.
Our programmes and pathways will allow you to feel confident knowing the correct exercises to do during each stage of your pregnancy and the postnatal period. Your body deserves respect and the options we provide have been developed to give you choice, enabling you to decide on one or a combination of services that best suits your immediate needs and and long-term goals.
You may for example choose to start with the antenatal skills for birth classes then, decide to add on demand classes for a few months to do at home to complement your training. There are so many great workouts to choose from including pelvic floor and core support.

PREGNANCY Skills for birth class
Antenatal Fitness Train SAFELY with KEEP MUMS FIT expert trainers
The Antenatal Class will include traditional exercises adapted specifically for pregnancy.
Through different exercise methods we will focus on: Strength training, core exercises, postural awareness and pelvic floor strength. Each session will be different although the structure similar

Skills for birth
This is where you get a chance to draw on Kate’s experience as a former Midwife of 20 years. The focus is on giving you practical tips for pregnancy, labour, birth and the early postpartum period.

Many topics are covered over a cup of tea and a chat after the exercise session. You will have a chance to chat to the other mums-to-be when you go into breakout rooms, swap numbers experience and seek advice. Helping you build a strong network of support and long term friendship.
