The honest answer, the number one reason is we have everything you need minus the ‘muscle heads’ grunting sweating and hogging the weights in the corner and techno music!

Plus who says it’s just women who want to look good, feel strong, maintain mobility, lose weight, need accountability or guidance on strength and fitness training. You’ve told us you do too.

For some of you it’s been a long time since your early gym going days with pals, drinking protein shakes and doing a 1 RM.

YOU HAVE TO BE STRONG to cycle, run and change direction quickly on the pitch or courts. Not forgetting as you age being strong after a fall to get up off the floor is vital and if strength, lifting and postural exercises are very rarely undertaken then you can easily see why you may experience any of the below:

We listen to your needs, your previous experience, what you want to learn more about and how we can help you achieve your goals with the programmes on offer.

We’ll show you our ready done workouts that are available for you to use on your own in the gym or if you decide PT is for you then an individual programme is designed.

Before you attend please ensure a screening form has been completed. This will be reviewed before and the individual programme options discussed.
