We aim to bring personality and fun into all our classes. Exercise and fun in the same sentence? Absolutely! Find a class you love and exercise will never be boring!

With an exceptional team of dedicated trainers we have put together a varied timetable of classes for males and females of all ages, all fitness abilities and all fitness levels.

PLEASE NOTE We are not Virgin! so the time table is small and relevant to our clients feedback and requests.

Before you attend any session please fill out the relevant screening form and if you have any medical conditions please inform your instructor before your first class to ensure modifications and adaptations can be made.

Not Exercised for a while?

If you are reading this and worried that you aren’t fit enough to join in classes, let me tell you you are not alone, it’s a common concern when starting anything new, and so I’m going to reassure you that you will be in safe hands.

Tell us your concerns your likes and your dislikes the areas you most what to improve, any injuries you have now or in the past and we will adapt and modify throughout the classes.

There is always a solution and here at Kate Campbell Fitness we want you to experience the very best we have to offer, to enable your confidence to soar.
