POSTNATAL Pilates

Are you ready to Let me take you onto the next part of your journey.
Join me Lauren and a small number of new mums in the same position as you, to restore, energise and give you that moment of still in your busy life.

I will give you the tools to correct your posture from carrying and caring for your baby; work on your pelvic stability; improve your rib flare; gain core engagement and strengthen and tone through a lovely pilates flow. I will teach you key Pilates principles which we will build on each week as you get stronger.

Not only will you get 5 classes but also a community and expert advice too.

Let’s ‘fill your cup back up’ and we can even stay for a cuppa after the class. Babies welcome.

Regaining strength and confidence takes time and dedication.

The Course

Commitment and regular attendance is important. To feel the progressive gains this course is 5 weeks long - Payment is in full.

We recommend attendance from 6 weeks post-birth.

If you are less than 6 weeks I would highly recommend attending the FREE initial consultation assessment with Kate and or Shannon.

What to expect

The exercise session will be led for 60 minutes in the upstairs studio.

I will give you the tools to correct your posture from carrying and caring for your baby; work on your pelvic stability; improve your rib flare; gain core engagement and strengthen and tone through a lovely pilates flow.

I will teach you key Pilates principles which we will build on each week as you get stronger, helping you get that little bit closer to reaching your own specific fitness goals.

Keep Mums Fit girls are friends for life and many of our previous members are still in contact with the girls they met at Keep Mums Fit classes.

At your first session swap numbers, create a WhatsApp group and support one another as you navigate the often rocky journey of motherhood!

Before you attend please ensure the postnatal screening form has been completed. This will be reviewed before the class starts

Parking

There is plenty of parking in the car park which is situated below the Miller and Carter steakhouse down the drive next to the cricket ground.

Covid safe: Masks are not required. On entrance there is a hand sanitiser and cloths for cleaning equipment, if you have any symptoms then please do not attend.
