Over the years teaching my mums-to-be the common feedback I receive is:

“Kate you have so many options and choices to help” and this is because I look at the needs of individuals, I listen to their struggles and questions and I develop a solution.

To feel in tip top shape, to glow and to maintain energy levels and strength, pregnancy exercise needs to be part of your regular weekly routine to reap the benefits. So it makes sense to give you options that allow you to be in charge of your health and fitness as you move through the trimesters.

Your focus may change to the type of exercise you can commit to, it’s not always easy juggling family and working life and finding the time to exercise. BUT you can and we can help.

The KEY MESSAGE - Keep moving listen to your body and adapt your expectations and exercise routine to fit you as an individual.

Unsure of the dos and don’ts during each trimester >> focus on change is a perfect confidence boost.

Member of another gym or don’t live in Sheffield >> We’ll create a Personal training program for you.

Attend Yoga or Pilates class >> Register for Fitness on demand to work on your strength & core from home.

Need accountability and a regular routine >> 12 session 1-1 Personal training offer is a popular choice.
