At Kate Campbell Fitness from the moment you walk through the door or contact us for advice and support we aim to make you feel at ease with our honest approach to health and fitness.

The well-being of all of our clients is very important to us . As you know I have always run Kate Campbell fitness with the following goals; to promote fitness, vitality and healthy living. We have created such a wonderful friendly atmosphere in our gym that we are delighted to be able to offer our valuable service to anyone in need of support motivation and accountability.

 These past 18 months have been very trying times for us all and the health of ourselves and our families still remain a high priority. With this in mind please be reassured we will continue to ensure our gym is COVID-secure with a booking system so the gym feels safe.

 In terms of general fitness classes our online services have been a real hit during lockdown and have proved to be a great source of motivation and social support but as we head into autumn and winter the demand is for face to face classes and outdoor run club and bootcamps. So online has now stopped as we gradually bring classes back in the gym.

If online is more accessible we’ve been very busy building our On Demand workout Library - this allows you to access all your favourite classes at home to compliment your health and fitness goals.

 To say I had only 10 videos on YouTube and now we have over 500 on demand workouts covering a variety of classes we are pretty proud. The feedback has been great so do check it out  our tester starting from £10 per month if you are a member £25 non member and you can cancel at anytime. Access to compliment your fitness routine. My busy new mums love the flexibility as it fits in perfectly to their little ones routine.

 There are exciting class and gym changes happening:

Dom will be increasing his hours and is ready to add classes and small group personal training to the timetable.

Sharni will be joining the team and adding body blitz class to the timetable on Mondays and Demie will be adding step and boxing to the timetable.

Shannon will be adding a 6 week pilates course to the timetable.

 Massage:

Shannon and Ryan continue to support you move well and feel great with their therapy services.

Ryan has added cupping to his skills and Shannon for the next month will continue to raise money for our Defibrillator and for just £20 a session her magic hands have helped ease aches and pains.

 Together with my team we will supporting you reboot your fitness and reignite your routine.
