Personal Training Starter Experience

The 3 week Starter Experience is all about gaining a positive experience working with a personal trainer who will listen and guide you through the best options for you to reach you health fitness or nutritional goals.

We have 3 focus on Change Programmes

  1. General Health Fitness and weight loss

  2. Antenatal ( Pregnancy)

  3. Postnatal Restore

    All can be delivered online (Via Zoom) or in our Gym

    All come with comprehensive Guides and email Support and Video exercise guides to support your mobility strength and fitness

INTRODUCTION TO PERSONAL TRAINING 2 ways: ONLINE or IN THE GYM

  • Register and pay online complete the relevant screening form and then book your first appointment with one of our trainers view our availability here work with a trainer who aligns with your goals.

  • We will chat go and through your aims, goals and main focus and decide which option is for you

  • Online personal training will take place through ZOOM where we will both be on the call face-to-face together. Once your session is booked you will receive the zoom link.

  • Gym personal training will take place at Kate Campbell Fitness - we are situated on Ecclesall Road South below the Miller and Carter Steakhouse (Park in the lower car park).

  • You will also receive 12 Class credits which can be used to attend any in-house classes. These include gym sessions you wish to do throughout the 3 weeks - to view and book your first class or gym session click here .

  • The Personal Training screening form should be filled in with as much detail as possible.

  • Comprehensive PDF guidelines resources and videos accompany the programme. These are the founding principles to enhance your experience.

  • Nutrition will be discussed with the main aim of promoting realistic strategies that you can adopt to fit in with your lifestyle - no faddy or elimination diets encouraged - just real food for real people. Your aim may not be to lose weight but we will discuss the benefits of increasing protein to enhance exercise performance.

  • After your initial consultation book your further 2 sessions.

  • After you have completed your sessions it’s time to decide the next stage in your journey. You may wish to review the personal training options Glo Perspire and Sweat - or you may wish to join the gym for 6 months or a year. YOU choose with our guidance and support.
