Join Group Postnatal Personal Training so you can squat a squishy kettlebell (see picture!)

Group Postnatal Personal Training is a perfect way to rehab.

We work on restoring your pelvic and core stability, train your balance, get stronger (essential for picking up babies/ car seats, prams...), correct poor posture from feeding/ carrying and improve sleep and digestion.

We integrate pelvic floor exercises to make them second nature in all we do.

Being in a group gives friendly competition, moral support, a sense of accountability, and we have a good chinwag to distract us from the reps. And it's cheaper meaning you can have more sessions!

On holiday I realised how essential it was that I was strong.

I was able to lift my toddler constantly, push the pram up steep paths, carry my squishy kettlebell of a baby around with me, dance the night away and eat everything!

I felt confident in a bikini after having two babies in two years and had no heaviness or dragging of my pelvis.

I can give you the tools to feel strong and confident too. I will empower you to be able to train without me!
