If you’re just starting on your strength training journey, fantastic. We believe that every man can benefit from lifting weights.

Experience remote personal training from our Strength Coach Jordan movement and mobility from Kate.

Resistance training isn’t just about getting bigger biceps, although that is a welcome bonus. It benefits health in all sorts of ways. The buzz of exercise boosts mood and can be really empowering both physically and mentally as you lift a little more, increase your reps and begin to see the results.

Identifying your primary goal for picking up a pair of dumbbells or barbell will give you the motivation to keep doing it consistently.

This is your 8 week comprehensive strength programme change according to the days you can commit to exercise.

Your weeks are divided into 4 phases and each phase supports progression focusing on mastering the basic principles of Strength.

You’ll be training 3-4 times a week with rest days and low intensity exercise.

Cardio and core are an added weekly bonus with the emphasis on body weight exercises performed in a quick circuit to get the heart pumping and improve cardiovascular fitness and strength.

One of the difficulties our clients have expressed when downloading programme plans in the past, and they have tried a few is not knowing what all the exercises are and how to perform them with the correct form and posture.

So to solve this common problem, both Jordan and myself have filmed all 14 Workout videos to accompany the programme these also including back mobility / strength, warm up and foam rolling.

Weekly emails with bonus health and nutrition tips will give you further knowledge to focus on a get the results you deserve.

Final though - even if you’re training for an hour everyday you’ve still got another 23 hours to focus on your diet, hydration and sleep. Commitment and Consistency matters.
