Our Core Vision

Keep Mums Fit was started in 2007 with the aim of delivering SAFE Antenatal and Postnatal classes to the many mums in Sheffield who wanted to remain fit and active throughout their pregnancies and the postnatal period but didn’t know how to!

Fast Forward to 2021 and we have been catapulted into the world of online training!

This has truly transformed and extended the support we can offer to women city and country wide. Such an exciting step and forward progress and one I am thrilled to have developed and embraced.

Baby Friendly Gym


These programmes are designed for low risk pregnancies and if you are post birth you feel fully recovered before you begin.

If you have concerns, complications, previous injuries, ongoing medical conditions, it does not necessarily mean you cannot work with us but we always advise that you speak to your GP, Midwife, Consultant, physio or other health care professional about us before you start.
